We are a registered Nonprofit organization affiliated with the Edo State Football Association of Nigeria. Our focus is to work with others to develop the game of football and engage our young people positively.
Making football truly grassroots, by fostering and promoting the core values of football that will help impact our community positively, socially, and economically.
Developing and promoting a vital and exciting youth football program for members of participating Clubs, regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, or creed. This will be accomplished through programs of organized competitive football league and programs designed to educate and develop players, coaches, and referees.
Laise and cooperate with government agencies and private organizations including individuals in our communities on matters concerning youth football development and engage in any other activities that will promote the objectives of the GYFDL including provision training and education, support and assistance, when possible, to individuals and organizations interested in developing a youth football club in their community.
This project started as a holiday dinner discussion among friends, it morphed into a vision that was shared with other like minds who bought into the vision and were determined to help actualize it.
The Nigeria Football Federation was consulted, and we were encouraged to liase with the Edo FA to actualize our vision.
So here we are working to engage our football loving youths positively so that our communities can benefit from the great things that come with football.
Come join us, partner with us, collaborate with us and support us, and together we can start to write a new paragraph about this exciting journey that we are about to embark on.
